Rehumanizing is managed by husband and wife team Andy and Sherri Johnson, in Portland, Oregon. They have made an intentional choice to “do life” together, blending their lives with their work in one integrated whole. They enjoy traveling and being with their 3 daughters and their families in their free time. They love spending time near the ocean and frequently get out to the Oregon Coast.

Andy Johnson, PhD • Founder, Coach, & Cultural Architect

Andy is the founder and principal consultant for Rehumanizing.  He brings a deep personal commitment to each of the client engagements and will go as deep into the organization as he’s allowed to go trying to bring health to the individuals, teams, and system. He provides various levels of intervention to our clients at all three of these levels.

Andy is most passionate about restoring the best of what it means to be human to all aspects of people, teams, and organizations. He loves to see all three of these layers of the whole improve over time. Seeing people, individually and collectively, be reconnected to their humanity gives him life. Watching the organization improve the lives of the people who work there and the lives of those they serve with their products and services is highly fulfilling. Andy is an idealist and longs for the world around us to be a better place.
