Our methodology of rehumanizing is a process of becoming whole on three integrated levels.

It Begins With Relationships

Wholeness, or full humanization, is needed because we have become broken and dysfunctional as well as developmentally stunted and in need of additional growth and maturity if we are to thrive in the new complex world we find ourselves in. We need restoration, to become functionally whole, for our humanness to be rediscovered in the workplace. We need maturation, to evolve developmentally, for our humanness to evolve toward our highest potential individually and collectively.

The process of rehumanizing begins with relationship. The relationship with each individual and with the collective is the bridge on which the coach enters the life of the individual, group, or system. If the coach remains outside a real relationship, maintaining professional distance and expertise, with people in the organization, there is little hope for deeper change. As has been demonstrated in both therapy and coaching, the relationship remains the core factor in the process of change and growth.

Ideally, all three levels of change are occurring simultaneously and synergistically. Coaching (individual, team, and systemic) flows naturally between each of these three interrelated worlds.
