Rehumanizing Methodology

Rehumanizing is a process of becoming whole on three integrated levels. We need to become functionally whole for our humanness to be rediscovered in the workplace. For this reason, the optimal situation involves simultaneous intervention at all three levels. The coach joins with each of the leaders, works with the teams, and coordinates all of the efforts at change within a systemic approach.
